2. Description of Service
Upvox provides a feedback collection and management platform that allows you to:
- Embed feedback widgets on your websites and applications
- Collect and organize user feedback
- Allow users to vote on feedback items
- Manage and respond to feedback through a dashboard
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

For paid plans:
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
Note: During the closed beta period, all plans are free.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
- Modify or discontinue features
- Suspend service for security or legal reasons
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upvox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Upvox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
